Shipping and Return Policy
Processing Times
Items are handmade after they are purchased. Most items will ship within 1-5 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Please see the item’s description on the product page for the number of days required to make the item.
Shipping
We ship within the United States.
Shipping options and pricing will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
We use the United States Postal Service and offer First Class Package, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please return in original packaging if possible.
Items can only be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.

After sending the email to let us know that the item is going to be shipped back to us, please mail your item to:

Item must be dropped off at the shipper within 5 days of sending the email requesting the return.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-returnable items: Custom Orders and Gift Cards.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange for the same item in a different size, send us an email at info@morphe-d.com and mail your item to: Morphe Designs PO Box 170024 Atlanta, GA 30317. Be sure to tell us in the email what size you need for the exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items that contain any scents associated with wear will not be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
